I had a satisfying stay with helpful staff and a fantastic pool area that provided a relaxing vibe. While the location felt safe inside the hotel, the surrounding area had its challenges, highlighting some social issues. Overall, it made for a balanced experience, great for those looking to feel at home while navigating the city.

would love to go back
Comfortable stay with a heated pool and an inviting courtyard vibe. Our Standard 2 Queen Beds room had nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was excellent. The hotel staff were super friendly and gave great local recommendations. Great location for exploring the city.

The room was super comfy with nice beds and very clean. The pool vibes were great after walking around all day. I appreciated the little touches like bottled water. Overall, it felt like a little tropical getaway in the city. Just a bit of gum on the ground by the pool area was the only downside.

The hotel offers an incredible courtyard vibe, complete with a lively atmosphere and regular DJs that made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff's friendliness stood out, especially in how they engaged with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and welcomed. The pool area was a fantastic escape, and we appreciated the cleanliness and charm of our room. However, the location, while eclectic, had more homeless presence than anticipated, which might not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, noise from courtyard events could be disruptive at times, diminishing the tranquil experience we hoped for.

The beds felt incredibly comfortable, one of the best I've experienced. The heated pool was a fantastic touch. I loved having it all to myself since it was winter. Staff were friendly and helpful, truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Only issue was the surrounding area—it felt very sketchy, lots of drug use and people on the streets, which was uncomfortable. It's best to avoid walking around at night. The parking lot was easy to access and a good price, a good convenience in a city. Amenities were nice, but I wish there were microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms to make things easier.

Perfect for families looking for a unique stay
First off the pool was just amazing like a little oasis in the middle of all the chaos and my kids loved it they practically lived in there the whole time we were and then there was this cool courtyard area with DJs playing music that really made us feel like we were part of something special and the staff including Orlando were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome like we were old friends visiting again.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but honestly it was worth it for the experience we had.
